My coaching style includes visualization techniques, self-reflection exercises, and tackling those nasty inner saboteurs—those mental and emotional blocks that might be holding you back. We'll focus a lot (A LOT) on helping you reconnect with your instincts and truly listen to your body. By blending these methods, I help you get to know yourself better, overcome challenges, and live a more satisfying life. As a coach, my job is to support you and honour your inner knowing rather than teach you or tell you. I will provide a sacred & powerful space for you, where we can create things. There’s gonna be no judgement of any thoughts or ideas that come out here.

We will conduct every session online via Zoom. All you need is privacy and a reliable device to dial in with.

Glad you asked! Coaching is very often mixed up with mentoring/consulting or advising. It's important to know that they are not the same! Simply put: coaching is asking questions, while advising is providing answers. I'll give you an example: if you sign up for the coaching & advising trajectory (The Game Changer Package), you will get career coaching (in the first 4 sessions) and career advising (in the last 2 sessions). We use coaching to figure out what you want and then we turn to advising to translate all the good stuff into practical matters, like your CV and Linkedin.

Life-long support means you can hit me up anytime via email or LinkedIn. You can reach out whenever you need help or have questions, so you’re never doing it alone. Plus, we do bi-weekly check-in calls to chat about your progress, handle any issues, and keep you on track with your goals. These sessions offer ongoing guidance and tweak your plan as needed. Once you’ve hit your goals, our life-long support wraps up. But if you need more help or coaching down the road, I'm here to help you get back on track.
